Time do past by. My last post was 5 years ago. This blog was created around 2005, and now it is already 2015, 10 freakin years man haha!Borneoguy.comhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00833993328211733874noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20292261.post-64891728847087359092010-06-14T20:43:00.003+08:002010-06-14T21:03:34.914+08:00MoreNiche introduces Split Commission Technology
<object style="background-image: url("http://i1.ytimg.com/vi/hTcCxzYnaf0/hqdefault.jpg");" height="344" width="425">

MoreNiche has done it again! Now what does Split Commission Technology means?

It simply means that all people involved in getting the customer to buy a product gets a piece of the pie.

Example: Potential buyer wants to buy diet pills. Potential buyer goes to look for more information and reviews of diet pills. Potential buyer visits my site and clicked on my affiliate link. But potential buyer decided not to buy today but goes on to other sites to look for more information, goes to John's and Ben's review site. And finally, potential buyer bought the diet pill.

Result : I get $$$ because I introduced the customer first, and so too the other affiliate like John and Ben. Of course Ben has a bigger piece of the pie since he closes the sale.

Now, there's a possibility the buyer might take months, maybe years before deciding to buy the product but it does not matter since MoreNiche offers lifetime cookies, which simply means you still get commissions for it.Borneoguy.comhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00833993328211733874noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20292261.post-15931142835721730702010-05-13T14:27:00.002+08:002010-05-13T14:38:52.109+08:00Election Sibu 2010With the election happening at Sibu this weekend, town's pretty crowded. Can't wait to test it on my heli :)

Planning to put this on my future big heli, nice to know if you screw up in flight (dumb thumb moments), you can save your expensive heli from crashing by using this device as it will recover your heli back into a level flight, thus giving you a chance to save it.

Priced under $250, this kit is definetely cheaper than other heli stabilisation kit available in the market now such as expensive Helicommand, priced around $500+ >_<". I will be testing this on my 450 heli platform and write down my review afterwards, so be sure to checkout my site again later to read it.
For more info, click this official FMA direct link to read more about this amazing gadget.

___________________________________________________________________

Post updated - 13th July 2009

Kit came today, lookin nice with all the stuffs packed inside a nice box. And to tell you the truth, I stop following lots due to the show going sour, astray, repetitions etc. The show writer's strike last year might have affected and contributed to the derailment of a lot of the tv shows.

I still follow some shows like Supernatural, Hustle and few others. Heroes and Prison Break got ditched from my viewing list a long time ago (they should rename the title "Prison break" into "Prison Break Specialist".

Anyway, this March a new show is showing at my fav channel AXN and it's called Leverage. Otherwise it gets boring, good tv shows are kinda rare these days.
Final thoughts. I just hope this show is not a direct copy of "Hustle", shown in BBC1 last time. We all know how Americans "like" Brits so much eh ;) and how they love to have their own version of anything good. This better be a good copy ...

Borneoguy.comhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00833993328211733874noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20292261.post-32858053889834176352009-04-30T18:58:00.003+08:002009-10-04T03:05:57.617+08:00X-Men Origins: WolverineSpent some time watching this movie just now. Not bad, especially when you get to see your childhood hero being turned into the big screen.

Origins explains the early history part of Wolverine, that tells us how and why he becomes the Wolverine that we love to see but don't know much about his dark past.

The story starts with James Logan aka Wolverine and his brother Victor Creed aka Sabretooth running away together as children in the mid 1850's after Logan accidentally kills their biological father who had murdered Logan's step father. After that, both of them served together in many wars and takes care of each other. If you're wondering why they don't age, it's because of their super healing abilities, most probably came with their other mutant powers.

After wandering here and there for a while, they are recruited by Major William Stryker to serve in a special military unit made up of mutants. Logan quits the special unit after the team wipes out a whole African village in search of a special metal and then goes off to live a quite life of peace in the Canadian Rockies with his school teacher girlfriend. She was actually a mutant called Silver Fox but Wolverine doesn't know that.

Wolverine and Silver Fox lives a quite live for 6 years when suddenly Major Stryker shows up in their lives and asks Logan to come back and be a part of a new project called Weapon X. Logan refuses the offer but when Creed shows up and murders her girlfriend he agrees.

Logan accepts the offer to be infused with Adamantium so that he can be indestructable and go after his revenge but is double crossed by Stryker and hears him give the order to wipe his memories. Escaping before this can happen, he goes searching for Creed killing anyone who gets in his way.

The best part in the movie would be the adamantium process. In Marvel Universe, adamantium is a special metal that cannot be destroyed in any way. Wolverine, having himself infused with it, becomes the ultimate indestructable weapon. His ability to heal himself rapidly helps a lot during the infusion process.

Sabretooth was played by Liev Schreiber, which manages to impress me with good acting and definetely good performance, to some extent even shadowing Hugh Jackman himself. His perfomance in the movie, Der Untergang aka Hitler : The rise of evil was also one of the best I've seen so far. If you haven't watched that one, you'd better. It's a good movie too.Borneoguy.comhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00833993328211733874noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20292261.post-68917294525034338652009-02-26T18:52:00.008+08:002009-02-26T19:23:44.057+08:00MoreNiche Golden Ticket CompetitionMoreNiche in conjunction with Proactol organised a massive Golden Ticket campaign which was advertised from the 15th of December across multiple affiliate resources, forums and communities.

And last week, MoreNiche Golden Ticket competition result was announced and guess what?

I WON THE GRAND PRIZE!!!

Whoaaa ... All I can tell that the movie was quite impressive, laden with special effects and gripping storyline.

For those in the dark about who is Iron Man, here is some info. Iron Man was a popular comic book character in the Marvel Comics Universe. His name was Tony Stark, head of weapons manufacturing company called Stark Industries. He was a successful businessman, dealing mainly with genius weapons designs and gadgets. He was a genius inventor, graduating top in his class at MIT and the heir to his dad's company. Both of his parent perished in a car crash.

The movie version was a bit different from the original comic version that I use to read when I was a kid. Instead of being an anti-communist and fighting Vietnamese agents (Hey, it was vietnam war back then) in the movie they changed it to pre Gulf War era. Robert Downey Jr. was given the role of Iron Man in this movie, and believe me, he's damm funny in the movie, good job there ;)

Okay okay, no no no I won't spoil the story for you guys out there. Better go watch the movie for yourself. This is one of the most anticipated movie of 2008 and it's worth your money, seriously.

I'd give it a rating of 9 out 10.

Next incoming movie review, the sequel to the Indiana Jones series ... stay tuned!Borneoguy.comhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00833993328211733874noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20292261.post-53884029750677311822008-03-16T04:36:00.005+08:002008-03-16T05:54:56.267+08:00Maybank introduces the Maybankard Visa DebitExcerpt from Maybank's official site,

http://www.maybank2u.com.my/consumer/online_cards/visa_debit/about.shtml

Owners of Maybank savings or current account aged eighteen (18) years of age and in full legal capacity to manage the card account can apply to use this card. The reason I didn't release the review out soon was to give me some time to properly test it.

The black packaging for the ASUS P750 is very impressive indeed. In the box, you will find one piece of USB synchronisation and charge cable, a quick start guide and the user manual book, a wall socket charger, a stereo hands-free kit, two CD containing manuals and essential softwares, a black leather pouch, a spare stylus pen and a spare 1300mAH battery. My phone came with a 2 gig microSD memory card, which is a lot to me already.

Thou P750 design looks rather similar to the P526, the difference is that the P750 has a dark brushed aluminium frame. The screen is TFT 2.6-inch in size and displays 65k colours in 240 times 320 pixel.

P750 is quite light, weights around 130g. This is no fingerprint magnet, because all the exposed surface of the device, except the screen of course, is dark matte. Cosmetically, the P750 is very business-like and should appeal to corporate customers.

The P750 features a 3 mega pixel camera that has an auto focus and macro. Serious photography should not be expected with the P750, but it should be adequate to cater the needs for normal everyday snapshots.

There's a GPS antenna socket located at the side. Just plug in an in-car external GPS antenna, mount the phone in the supplied car mount kit and you're ready to go anywhere, navigation ready. P750 comes with the SiRF StarIII chip, popular due to quick satellite connection acquisition. It requires you to be out there in the open thou, being inside the house or any place inside buildings - it can be hard to find those GPS signals.

The good: Numeric keypad for text input, many applications bundled, convenient power switch, car kit bundled in, excellent battery life, leather pouch bundled, large touch screen.

The bad: No navigation maps bundled for GPS applications, ordinary design, camera shutter lag, reception is kinda low in rural area.

The bottom line: P750 is not going to appeal to most users, but it has all the basic functions and some extras.

Borneoguy.comhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00833993328211733874noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20292261.post-54772345969955533042008-03-14T13:02:00.002+08:002009-10-04T03:06:18.898+08:00Some updateHeh, been busy with work.

And busy with my affiliate sites too. Really, it's quite interesting to see people's reaction sometimes.

Yeah, I know what they are thinking, because I used to think like them too not so long ago.

"Can really earn money from the net meh?"
"Haiya, all tipu one lah. Ini mesti another swisscake :P @ swindlecash @ swipecash punya scheme"
"All stuff in internet tipu punya"
"Eh, don't believe it lah. How can computers give us money one?"
"Err ... how to start the computer ahh?"

I don't blame them for thinking like that anyway. The recent case of Swiss Cash last year involving like millions of transaction lost just like that must've really scared them. But, like I said, not all things in the net is a scam, waiting for some unsuspicious guys or girls to enter their deadly web of online deception. It's a matter of choice, really. And by choice, I'm talking about doing the right stuff to make money, the right way.

I don't believe in easy money anyway, even in real life. No, you can't bloody earn 300 - 400% of interest by putting your hard-worked-for-savings in some HYIP thats bound to be closed a few months after you put in 100k that you've loaned from a bank here without thinking about the consequences. Even if you really try to learn more about them, know what? The sites where you were learning about them is a potential scam too. It's what we call a feeder site. It catches visitors and diverts them to the proper sites according to their preferences. But the catch is, those feeder sites are actually owned by the originating site.

You try to learn ---> Feeder sites ( owned by target site) ---> Target site

True, we did indeed did some background check and research. But sometimes the place where you did your research might be in favor of the intended site.

Start doubting if there's too many positive review and good comments about a certain company/products etcc.. in a review style website.

Don't just go to one website to check, read more. And more. Do your background check properly. It might takes some time but it's worth it.

Don't just use Google, use other search engines too. Yahoo, MSN and Altavista it.

Don't just check the results in page 1 search results, go to page 5 or page 10. Heck, checkout until the end of the search results to make sure.
